Known for delivering complex projects on time and within budget, he has recently overseen a two-way radio system replacement and a greenfield data center installation. Troy specializes in project portfolio management, enterprise risk mitigation, and strategic process optimization, with deep expertise in integrating advanced network technologies and maintaining ISO 9001 and 45001 compliance. As a licensed master electrician, he is also well-versed in providing commercial electrical services and residential electrical services. A collaborative leader, he builds agile, high-performing teams that consistently exceed client expectations.

Roman Hidalgo is a highly skilled Electrical Engineer and licensed master electrician with more than two decades of experience in electrical design, installation, and automation across industrial, commercial, and residential electrical services. His career spans across North America, with extensive work in Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Roman holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Tuxtla Gutierrez and advanced certifications in PLC programming, electrical motor control, and EPLAN software design. He has contributed his expertise to well-known organizations such as Jacobs Engineering, Thermo Design Engineering, Trinidad Drilling, Brandt, Poly-America, and JAB Electric. His technical expertise includes electrical distribution system design, control panel fabrication, PLC and HMI programming, VFD integration, instrumentation design, and industrial automation. Roman’s background in both design and field execution gives him a unique ability to bridge the gap between engineering and hands-on installation, ensuring efficient, code-compliant, and cost-effective solutions for both commercial and residential electrical services.
